Mayflower Meadow

About This Development

Angmering is a pretty village, nestled between Worthing and Littlehampton, on the edge of the National Park. It provides a lovely eclectic enclave of an architectural mix of period thatch cottages, more recently constructed properties and a pretty Anglican church, set around an island at its centre. The village provides easy road access to links along the south coast and beyond. It also has the convenience of a main line railway station, making commuting straight forward to London and along the coast. Add this to the fact there is a pre-school, junior and senior school, makes for a really appealing place to buy a Sigma Home.

The sea is minutes away, with its cafés, water sports facilities and all that the stunning coastline has to offer. Convenient shopping outlets and a variety of supermarkets are also very close by. Added to which there’s two pubs within the village, a convenience store and eateries, plus the additional village of Rustington for more local shopping. With Arundel and its historic castle and Chichester for a pleasant outing on the doorstep, there’s no shortage of options for day trips out too.

Angmering also has its own medical centre, vets and village hall and is the home for Worthing Rugby club, a national level professional rugby club. Angmering Football Club play their home games at the Recreation Field. They play in the West Sussex Football League. Equally appealing, are the number of renowned golf courses in the area, including the well regarded, Ham Manor. There’s certainly plenty going on in this attractive village.
