Open houses aren’t for everybody or every property and have to be carefully considered if this is your preferred approach. However they can be a great way of generating interest and competition from prospective buyers.
By working with you, we establish a suitable period to host an ‘open house’ and advertise and promote it in advance to get people viewing all on the same day. So if you are living at the property we encourage you to go out and let us do all the work, so you will only have to clean up and present your home just the once!
We generally set a ‘Guide Price’ which we discuss and agree with you. This has in the past achieved sale prices well in excess of the guide price.
