Jack Lydon has been the driving force behind Graham Butt’s residential sales office since 2017, bringing a wealth of local knowledge and experience to the team. With a career that began at a national corporate agency, Jack transitioned to an independent estate agency in Horsham before joining Graham Butt in 2015. Since then, Jack has consistently led the team to maintain its position as the market-leading estate agent in the local area.
In his current role, Jack specializes in providing tailored advice on property values, helping clients navigate the complexities of buying and selling their homes. His extensive knowledge and honest, upfront approach have been key to fostering strong relationships with customers and achieving successful outcomes.
Jack also heads up our Land and New Homes department, working closely with large national home builders as well as small independent buyers and landowners. His expertise has been instrumental in expanding this division and driving the company toward future growth.
An MNAEA-certified professional, Jack is passionate about property, the local area, and supporting clients throughout their real estate journey. Outside of work, Jack enjoys spending time with his family—his wife Leanne, their young son, and their dog, Milo. He is also an outdoor enthusiast, participating in activities such as rock climbing, trail running, and skiing.
Having worked abroad where he met his wife, Jack brings a unique perspective and a commitment to growing Graham Butt using modern technology and tools, all while upholding the company’s core traditional values. He takes great pride in the team he’s helped to build and looks forward to growing with the company into the future.
